Made from 100% Cannonau grapes, grown on granitic soils that give great balance and minerality. The vinification takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature, during which continuous pumping over and injections for the extraction of polyphenolic substances take place. Before bottling, it rests for a few months in cement tanks and large oak barrels.
